Firstly what an amazing hotel bar staff, lifeguard were amazing and did everything with a smile, unfortunately receptionists were poor I did see one member of staff smile they looked sad, please don’t get me wrong we will definitely return however the most important thing is first impression reception did and do a great job but they all looked miserable which we were shocked as the bar staff were bubbly and smiling as well as pool staff, food was ok, but over all we loved it and would recommend it, as an ex receptionist I highly recommend customer training as it is the most important point of contact sadly they looked stressed and sad.

For a night stop between flights, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The airport really shuttle works 24/7. you do have to get lucky on the timing: the driver could be 5 min away or in the middle of driving back to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was convenient - it doesnt have plenty of options but it serves as a late dinner after a flight (open until midnight). The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet (if you dont have to fly early next morning) was great - definitely worth the price. To order the shuttle back to the airport, you must book in advance once you check in at the hotel.

We had a layover in Madrid so wanted a place close to the airport with a free shuttle. After we booked I developed mobility issues. I then asked the hotel to provide a room with a shower that was reasonably easy to get into. To our surprise, the hotel changed our entire room to one suited for a handicapped individual. It was large and the bathroom had all the necessary accommodations. The king size bed was very comfortable and it had the best pillow I ever used. The hotel’s efforts were very much appreciated. Many thanks.
