The hotel is modern and clean. Our room is big with a large king bed, which is very comfortable. The morning hourly shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient

We rate this 'hotel' as excellent. Free airport shuttle however, please our additional comments below. Comfortable accomodation and helpful staff. Brilliant location and proximty to Madrid airport.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Madrid. The hotel has a courtesy bus to the Metro station which is a direct line to the city centre but taxis aren't expensive to the nearest Metro. There is large shopping centre and some restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed to catch a flight the next day. Close to the airport, location was perfect. Shuttle service (large van) from airport in the evening after calling hotel and to airport in the morning was the main reason I selected hotel. Was unfamiliar with hotel, and was pleasantly surprised with accommodations, staff, and overall. Will definitely stay again if need another single night hotel to catch flight between trips.

Very close by we found a local restaurant with an excellent breakfast for 3.50€, pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant and inexpensive local community right across the highway with good tapa bars, good shopping witching walking distance as well

Very good place to recover after a long trip on an airplan before next flight the day after. Very nice personnel who solved your problems. It was great to spend some hours in front of the pool and be able to go and work a little on the computer and some lunch. Comfortable to have the transport from and to the airport.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean, with good breakfasts and helpful staff, good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. If the swimming pool had been opened, it would have been even nicer to stay there. Maybe next time:)

We just had one night here before an early morning flight. The young lady in reception went above and beyond to assist us with our flight booking. The room was lovely and quiet with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was great to have an airport shuttle although it leaves only once per hour so you must book. There is a large shopping centre within walking distance (20 mins) for food (but it was very crowded) and last minute shopping.
