Hotel Nuevo Boston

We had a layover in Madrid so wanted a place close to the airport with a free shuttle. After we booked I developed mobility issues. I then asked the hotel to provide a room with a shower that was reasonably easy to get into. To our surprise, the hotel changed our entire room to one suited for a handicapped individual. It was large and the bathroom had all the necessary accommodations. The king size bed was very comfortable and it had the best pillow I ever used. The hotel’s efforts were very much appreciated. Excellent location near to the airport and to the motorway. Room was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable.

Upon arrival at the property, the check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff ready to assist. The room itself exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

For a night stop between flights, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The airport really shuttle works 24/7. you do have to get lucky on the timing: the driver could be 5 min away or in the middle of driving back to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was convenient - it doesnt have plenty of options but it serves as a late dinner after a flight (open until midnight). The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet (if you dont have to fly early next morning) was great - definitely worth the price. To order the shuttle back to the airport, you must book in advance once you check in at the hotel.

The room was clean, spacious and the amenities were great and high quality, the employees were very polite and nice, they made us feel like royalty, the free shuttle is a plus but it had a couple of things we did not like much
